Veterans Yoga Project to host weekly Simple Flow Yoga start Februay 3rd. This 60 min Mindful Resilience yoga class includes tactical breathing, movement to encourage physical recovery and relaxation, and a community gathering right before heading into dinner, cornhole or bingo the same night.
